International Shipping and Payment
ARHIBIS, the online bead embroidery supplies store, ships orders worldwide — except to russia and belarus.
For international delivery, select "International Delivery" as your shipping method when placing your order and fill in the required fields using Latin (English) letters: recipient's first and last name, destination country, city, postal code, street, house number, and apartment or unit number if applicable. Please provide your mobile phone number in international format starting with "+..." and your email address for communication.
Shipping costs are generally paid before the order is dispatched. Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta do not allow payment for delivery upon receipt of the parcel.
Exception — Germany and Poland: when shipping via Nova Poshta to a branch, you have the option to pay the delivery cost upon receipt.
We recommend checking with your manager about the declared value of the parcel, as this affects whether customs duties will be charged in your country. Customs duties are not included in the order or shipping cost — we cannot predict their amount, as this depends on the laws of your country. If a duty is charged, you pay it separately upon collecting the parcel in your country. On our end, we handle parcel documentation in a way that keeps customs charges to a minimum.
Our managers, drawing on hands-on experience with international shipments, will recommend the best carrier for your country, as the choice of shipping service can affect customs clearance speed and the likelihood of customs charges.
Exception — the USA. Starting 29 August 2025, a new mandatory customs tax applies in the United States: 10% of the purchase value. This tax is not set by us — it is collected by US Customs directly when goods enter the country. As a result, in addition to the shipping cost, your invoice will include an extra line item for the US customs duty. We simply pass this tax on so that your parcel clears customs without any issues and reaches you sooner.
Since russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, air travel has been suspended, so parcels from Ukraine are flown to 12 airports across EU countries and then forwarded to their destination countries.
International orders are shipped via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta.

International Parcel Delivery via Nova Poshta
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrposhta. If you would like your parcel sent specifically via Nova Poshta, please mention this when confirming your order details with the manager.

Nova Poshta branches are opening rapidly across the EU. In Poland, around 32 branches have already opened in various cities across the country. In Germany, branches are already operating in Berlin, with plans to open in Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, and Cologne. There are also several branches in Lithuania, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
So if you are planning to buy bead embroidery with delivery to Poland, Germany, or another European country, check whether there is a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker near you.
We can also ship your order via Nova Poshta courier to any address in the world, even if there is no branch nearby.

If we pay for the shipping on our end, a 10% surcharge is added to the shipping cost.
This is a technical surcharge that covers bank fees and other associated costs that arise when paying for international shipments through our account.
An exception applies for Poland and Germany — if you choose to pay for delivery upon receipt, no surcharge applies.

You can pay for your order online on the website through monopay.
It accepts cards from Ukrainian and international banks. No transaction fees.
The shipping cost is not included in this amount, as it is not yet calculated automatically in the cart — we issue a separate invoice for it.
Please note! When adding items to your cart, you will see the order total in the currency you have selected on the site (UAH, EUR, USD). However, at the time of online payment the amount will be shown in hryvnias — simply continue with the payment, and your bank will automatically handle the conversion based on your currency.
If you experience difficulties with online payment, you can transfer funds via PayPal, Payoneer, PAYSEND, Western Union, MoneyGram, Privat24 or any other international money transfer service.
To do so, select "International Payment" or "Pay by Bank Details" as your payment method when placing your order. After the order is placed, our manager will contact you to confirm it, and we will send you an invoice with the total amount due for the items and shipping.
