Payment and Delivery within Ukraine:

• Delivery by Ukrposhta:
  • "Basic" rate to an Ukrposhta branch - standard Ukrposhta delivery. Cost: from 50 UAH for parcels up to 15 kg and no larger than 70 cm; delivery times: to a city — 2–4 days, to a village — up to 7 days;
  • "Priority" rate to an Ukrposhta branch - faster Ukrposhta delivery. Cost: from 60 UAH; delivery times: to a city — 1–2 days, to a village — up to 3 days;
  • Ukrposhta Standard courier delivery to your address. Cost: from 105 UAH; delivery time: 2–4 days

Parcel inspection is permitted. Parcels are dispatched Mon–Fri after 18:00, Sat–Sun after 14:00. Dispatch may be delayed by 2–3 days during busy periods.

Please note! Ukrposhta is currently undergoing a system upgrade and may deliver parcels with significant delays.

 

• Delivery by Nova Poshta:
  • to a Nova Poshta branch — from 90 UAH;
  • to a Nova Poshta parcel locker — from 100 UAH;
  • Nova Poshta courier delivery to your address — from 150 UAH.

Parcel inspection is permitted. Parcels are dispatched daily after 18:00. Dispatch may be delayed by 2–3 days during busy periods.

Most orders are delivered within 1 business day; in some cases it may take 2–3 days.

 

• Self-pickup:

Collect your online order from our warehouse in Kyiv, Obolon. Collection is available by prior arrangement of the date and time with a manager, within working hours: daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
