For embroidering the talisman the following were used:

• a talisman blank sewn from felt;
• Czech Preciosa beads with a surplus, first grade ~1245 beads;
• white Luts Cordem 80 beading thread – 1 skein;
• ribbon and a tassel for finishing;
• beading needles.
