Fabric:

• Homespun cloth — natural, pleasant against the skin, breathable, holds its shape under the beads, creases moderately and drapes softly. Ideal for comfortable embroidery and wear.
• Gabardine — a synthetic, budget-friendly fabric. It does not crease and is convenient to embroider on, but is less breathable. It can feel hot and stuffy in summer.

Print types:

• Sublimation — suitable only for light fabrics. On gabardine the colours look brighter, while on natural cloth and dark shades the colours and dots are hard to tell apart.
• Thermal printing— crisp colours, easy to pierce with a needle, ideal for all colours and fabric types except white on white.
